I would like to take this opportunity to introduce my business " Organised Occasions". As the name suggests I organise a variety of occasions. Organised Occasions was established in 1996 and is progressively becoming a sought after service. My growing client base of predominately busy people, tend to lack the time to organise social events, be it personal or corporate. I take the worry and hassle away from organising successful day trips, overnight or weekend getaways, corporate functions and conferences..

 

I am Debbie Charlwood of Woronora, a full time mother with three children under the age of fourteen years. A home office enables me to work from home whilst running a household and looking after my children.

As usual the Lovedale Long lunch was fabulous. This being my fourth visit to the Hunter with Organised Occasions took nothing away from the experience.

It is always different, I guess each year there are some familiar faces as well as those on their inaugural journey and in such a friendly relaxed environment you just don’t want to come home.

I must compliment you on the choice of wineries – the food, wine, entertainment and beautiful scenery; made this day a truly special event. The coach trip was comfortable and entertaining – and the only way to get around in the Hunter after a bit of wine tasting!

Thanks also for keeping me updated with other Organised Occasions events. I have a large group of friends associated with our local soccer club who are interested in "A Reserve" seats for "Mamma Mia" at the Lyric Theatre later this year. It makes life so much easier when Organised Occasions can co-ordinate the dates, transport and payment.

Thanks for being a great hostess and paying attention to the details that make Organised Occasions special.

I am providing a reference in support of Debbie Charlwood who is the Principal for Organised Occasions.  The School of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of New South Wales utilised the services provided by Organised Occasions for our annual retreat in 2001.

The retreat catered for 30 staff within the School and was for a duration of three days.  In her role, Ms Charlwood organised our accommodation, meals and associated activities which included abseiling and theatre bookings.
